Newpoint Advisory specialises in helping stakeholders in the property and construction industries to manage risk and make informed credit and investment decisions. We help distressed businesses and assets to recover, reposition and progress. We provide litigation support services to help stakeholders in dispute to understand financial situations and the impact of historic events. We also assist insolvent businesses by minimising the impact of financial distress.

Property - we understand the challenges of the cyclical property industry, such as falling asset values, limited funding options, diminishing confidence, lack of working capital, rising costs and intense competition.
Our property experience includes work with lenders, investors, developers and builders to create tailored, commercial and equitable solutions to their financial challenges.

Construction - construction businesses operate within a unique framework in comparison to other industries in terms of revenue and expense variables, management of internal and third party risk for stakeholders such as lenders, developers and subcontractors and consumers. Analysing the financial viability of a construction business requires specialist property, finance and accounting skills that facilitate a deep understanding of key issues. This minimises risk when entering into new contracts, managing and restructuring a distressed business or mitigating the fall-out where liquidation is the only alternative.

We invest in systems, processes and intellectual property across all our service lines to identify and deliver cost-effective strategic solutions across the property and construction economic cycle.
