Jonathan Schembor

Jonathan Schembor is an Executive Vice President and Transformation Leader with extensive global experience in the human capital and business services sectors. Currently, they serve as a partner at Newport LLC, advising CEOs and owners of middle-market companies, while also co-founding Grafedi LLC, a company focused on payroll tax compliance using AI technology. Jonathan previously held key leadership roles at Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions, where they successfully drove revenue growth and redefined business models through strategic acquisitions. They began their career at Accenture, where they managed significant projects for major clients such as The New York Times and Time Warner. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
