In three short years under Carleton’s leadership, NewPower has become one of the top 3 independent distributors globally and continues to be one of the world’s fastest-growing private companies. He is considered an industry expert and is consistently recognized as a leader by industry outlets. Carleton maintains a deep appreciation for the local community where he grew up and takes great pride in being an active community supporter through his philanthropic efforts. Prior to founding NewPower, Carleton was the #2 employee at Fusion Worldwide, where he served as Vice President of Sales from 2001-2014. Carleton holds a BS in Business from Rivier University and resides in New Hampshire with his wife, three children, and two golden retrievers.
