Matt Ferguson

Matt is responsible for US operations and software development for NewPower’s proprietary software EmPower(TM). He spent 15 years in the logistics and reverse supply chain/e-commerce industry focused on software product development. In addition to his strong background in agile development and lean/six sigma, Matt is a proven success with enterprise-level change management. Most recently, he was Director of Global Sales Operations at Single Digits, a US-based software company. Matt holds a dual degree from Colby Sawyer College and currently lives in New Hampshire with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys soccer and skiing. Matt is an active skier and has been a U12 race coach for 19 years.
