Carl Frerot is currently the Directeur des opérations at Newrest Angola, having previously held various operational roles within the company in Madagascar and Congo. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, they have also served as a Project Manager Assistant at YUZU Groupe Yannick Alléno and completed training at prestigious establishments such as Wyndham Dubai Marina and Brasserie Café de Paris. Carl's education includes an M.B.A. in Hospitality Management from Ecole Supérieure Internationale de Savignac and multiple diplomas in Hospitality and Catering. They began their career gaining hands-on experience in roles such as trainee cook and waiter at renowned restaurants and hotels.
