Christophe Caes

Christophe Caes is currently the Directeur d'une cuisine centrale at Newrest, overseeing a central kitchen that produces up to 20,000 meals daily for 400 clients and managing a team of 75. Prior to this role, Caes served as Chef des ventes at ISOR from 2012 to 2015 and was Responsable de développement at ISIDORE RESTAURATION from 2004 to 2012. They began their career in the Marine Nationale, where they served from 1993 to 2001, and later worked as an Attaché commercial et recruteur at Adecco from 2001 to 2004. Christophe holds a Baccalauréat in commercial studies from Lycée Jehan Ango Dieppe, completed in 1993.
