Emeline CAPLET

Emeline Caplet is the Directrice adjointe at the cuisine centrale of Newrest in Barentin, where they are responsible for producing up to 20,000 meals daily for 400 clients. They have held various roles in quality control, health, safety, and food security, and work closely with clients in the medical and social sectors. Emeline completed a Master in Marketing and Sales with a focus on Customer Relationship Management and Quality, and has gained experience through internships in food safety and patient dietary services.
