Paul Schvartz

Paul Schvartz is currently the COO for France and North Africa at Newrest, a position they have held since 2023. Paul has extensive experience in operational management, having previously served as Director of Operations in multiple regions, including Gabon and Bolivia, and as General Manager in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Their early career included F&B management training with Flo Beijing and Hyatt Regency, as well as an internship at Four Seasons in Doha. Paul holds a BBA in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a Diploma in Financial Management from Cornell University. They also completed a Level 3 HACCP award for food manufacturing from the Royal Society For Public Health.
