Pierre Bourrier

Pierre Bourrier is a dedicated operations director with a passion for optimizing operations and financial oversight in high-end hospitality and collective catering. They began their career with internships and roles in luxury hotels and restaurants, gaining experience in commercial management, cost control, and operational support. Currently, they serve as a Process Owner and Assistant to the Cost Controller at Newrest and Lavorel Hotels, respectively. Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and an MBA focused on hotel, tourism, and restaurant management.
