Bobby Innocent

Bobby Innocent has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Bobby began their career in 2011 as an intern at Depaul House before moving on to work as an office help at Widener University Athletic Department from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they served as LTC Underwriting Operations Support at Prudential Financial before transitioning to the role of Junior Closer at New Penn Financial, LLC from 2012 to 2013. Bobby then worked as a Mortgage Closer at Ditech Mortgage Corp from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Bobby joined NewRez LLC and held various positions, including Mortgage Closer, Compliance Disclosure Analyst, Manager of Centralized Disclosures, and currently serves as the Director of Compliance.

Bobby Innocent holds a Master of Science degree in Management, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Bobby completed this degree from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Bobby obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Widener University, from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Bobby holds a certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources™ (aPHR™), which was obtained in 2016 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
