Curt Tiedeman

Curt Tiedeman has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, serving in various leadership roles. From December 2015 to February 2017, Tiedeman worked as a Branch Manager and Mortgage Professional at American Pacific Mortgage, contributing to the vision of facilitating homeownership. Prior to this, Tiedeman held the position of Branch Manager at Absolute Mortgage from May 2014 to November 2015. Currently, Tiedeman is a Mortgage Consultant at Newrez LLC since August 2023 and has previously worked as a Senior Account Executive at Commonwealth Mortgage Assurance Company from July 1993 to July 1998, where responsibilities included developing Private Mortgage Insurance in specific regions. Tiedeman was also the President of BenefitIQ from January 2003 to July 2010 and a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Caliber Home Loans from March 2017 to September 2024. Tiedeman holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Business College.
