Jeffrey Dowden

Jeffrey Dowden is a results-driven Senior Default executive with extensive experience in default operations leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Foreclosure at Newrez LLC, Jeffrey manages a team while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintaining operational excellence. Previously, as the Assistant Vice President of Default Servicing at Computershare U.S., Jeffrey led the REO Asset Management department and drove significant revenue growth. Jeffrey also held the position of Director of Default Services at Robert J Hopp & Associates, where they oversaw strategic direction and business development in default processes. They are currently pursuing degrees in Psychology and Elementary Teaching at Metropolitan State University of Denver and in Real Estate at Van Education Center.
