Ken Watson

Ken Watson has extensive experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Ken is currently working as the Director of HR Operations at NewRez LLC since October 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at Ditech Holding Corporation, including HRIS Manager from November 2017 to October 2019, Sr. HRIS Analyst from April 2015 to October 2017, and Sr. Talent Specialist from November 2009 to April 2015. In their role as a Sr. Talent Specialist, Ken was responsible for full life cycle recruiting for multiple business units and sites across the country, including high volume recruiting and VP level positions.

Ken Watson attended Penn State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
