Waldo Keys possesses extensive experience in the mortgage and underwriting industries, holding key positions across several prominent companies. At Newrez LLC, Waldo Keys currently serves as a Scenario Underwriter, following a tenure as Underwriting Manager at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Previous roles include Senior Underwriter at Amerifirst Home Mortgage and Correspondent Salability Manager at Chase, where oversight of salability issues to GSEs and private buyers was executed. Additionally, Waldo Keys led a team of underwriters at Chase and managed operations at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, directing numerous functional subordinates and enhancing team skills.
