Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones has diverse experience in project management and service delivery, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NewRocket since June 2025. Previously, Kyle worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at FlyForm, overseeing client relationships and project delivery within ServiceNow projects. At Thames Water, Kyle held dual roles as ServiceNow Digital Delivery Lead and Project Manager, focusing on the development of IT Service Management support and the migration of customer accounts to a new billing system. Early experience includes part-time roles as a Professional HGV Driver and Office Administrator at DHL and a Healthcare Assistant at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust, alongside coaching undergraduate psychology students as a Peer Assisted Learning Coach at the University of the West of England. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Psychology from the University of the West of England.
