Michelle Andreasen

Michelle Andreasen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business process architecture, content management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Process Architect and Business Analyst at NewRocket since June 2021, Michelle previously held various roles at Unum from February 2014 to June 2021, including HR Content Advisor and HR Business Specialist. Additional experience includes a Manager Trainee position at The Hertz Corporation, an Editorial Director role at Trueline Publishing, and various service-oriented positions in the restaurant industry. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University, complemented by a study abroad experience in Florence, Italy.
