Sarah Hutton

Sarah Hutton currently serves as the HR Director EMEA at NewRocket since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of HR Director for Next Generation Products at Imperial Brands PLC from August 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included transforming the operating model for a subsidiary focused on innovation in healthier consumer products. Sarah's extensive experience at The Coca-Cola Company spanned from 2006 to 2019, with notable roles as Human Resources Director for Western Europe and North West Europe and Nordics, as well as Group Director of HR for Venturing & Emerging Brands. Earlier in Sarah's career, roles included Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney and Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Oxford and a B.A. Hons in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
