Daniel Svee

Daniel Svee has extensive experience in leasing, procurement, and asset management within the real estate and retail sectors. From 2000 to 2002, Daniel served as Uthyrare at Locum AB, followed by a role as Expansion Manager at Systembolaget AB from 2002 to 2005. Daniel then held positions at Unibail-Rodamco as Senior Leasing Manager from 2005 to 2010 and at Axstores AB as Purchasing Manager from June 2011 to March 2016, becoming part of the management team for Kicks, Lagerhaus, and Åhléns. Daniel continued to lead procurement efforts at KICKS from April 2016 to August 2019 and transitioned to Newsec as Asset Manager until January 2021. Daniel holds a degree in Building Engineering & Real Estate from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and furthered education at Handelshögskolan i Jönköping.
