Michaela Zappala

Michaela Zappala is the Associate Director of Interim Solutions at Newsec Advisory Sweden, a role they have held since 2020. Previously, Michaela served as a Consultant Manager at Newsec, where they managed personnel and business discussions within the real estate and community building sectors. They also gained experience as a Research Consultant at Fasticon Kompetens, actively participating in the full recruitment process. Michaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Umeå University and has an educational background that includes courses in law from Stockholm University and social sciences from Jensen Gymnasium Södra.
