Monica Söderberg

Monica Söderberg is currently the Regionchef Folksamuppdraget at Newsec Property Asset Management, where they oversee the commercial property portfolio in Greater Stockholm. Previously, Monica held a variety of senior roles, including Head of Leasing for Redito AB and Senior Property Manager at Hufvudstaden AB, where they managed significant responsibilities in leasing, budget planning, and team leadership. Monica has also worked as an independent consultant in the real estate sector, offering expertise in strategic leadership and lease negotiations. They hold a Master’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
