Sami Kallonen

Sami Kallonen is currently the Director of Technical Property Management Services at Newsec Property Asset Management Finland, overseeing nearly 100 property managers across 13 cities. Previously, Sami held various roles, including Service & Production Manager at Tietoasema Oy and Managing Director at Salon IT-Rakenne Oy. Their expertise spans real estate property management and construction, having managed significant accounts at Newsec and served as Construction Site Manager at SRV. Sami earned a degree in Construction Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a Diploma in Business and Administration at Salo Business College.
