Erin K. currently serves as the District Partnership Manager for the East Coast at Newsela since February 2025. Prior to this role, Erin K. worked at Nearpod as a Senior Account Manager specializing in district partnerships across California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska from December 2021 to February 2024. Erin K. began at Nearpod as an Account Manager, where significant achievements included exceeding goals and being promoted within the first year, followed by success as an Account Executive, earning recognition with the Circle of Excellence for 100% quota achievement and being named New Sales Rep of the Year in 2022. Erin K. also has experience as a Special Education Teacher at Palm Beach County School District from May 2016 to November 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Education in Exceptional Student Education from Florida Atlantic University, completed in May 2016.
