Pep Carrera

Pep Carrera is an accomplished leader in the K-12, higher education, and technology sectors with a proven track record of driving impact and growth at scale, digitizing the textbook market, and building on the success of founder-led companies. He previously served as the CEO of Nearpod where he tripled the company’s annual recurring revenue and increased active teachers to 1.2 million per year. Prior to Nearpod he led VitalSource’s push to transform much of the higher education textbook market to its digital platform. He also served as the President of ProQuest books and Chief Technology Officer of global marketing technology agency, RAPP.
