Ashwin Shastry

Ashwin Shastry currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Alliances & Partnerships at NewSpace Research and Technologies since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ashwin held the position of Associate Director in Sourcing & Supply Chain Programs at Ola Electric from October 2021 to January 2023. Between June 2019 and October 2021, Ashwin was the Director of Business Operations at Capton AI and also served as the Director of Global Business Operations & Professional Services at Skoruz Technologies during the same period. Ashwin founded BlueInd Consulting Services in June 2016, providing leadership until April 2019. Previously, Ashwin was a Senior Manager at Volvo Group, responsible for Supply Chain Strategy across the Asia Pacific region from February 2011 to October 2016, and held an engineering role at Toyota Kirloskar Motor from August 2008 to August 2010. Ashwin earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore, in 2008.
