Divyam Verma

Divyam Verma is currently employed as a Design Engineer at NewSpace Research and Technologies, focusing on systems engineering, aircraft performance, and design optimization since January 2023. Prior to this role, Divyam was a Senior Design Optimization Engineer at Okulo Aerospace, specializing in multidisciplinary and shape optimization from September 2021 to January 2023. Divyam's academic journey includes a PhD candidacy at Northwestern Polytechnical University, where research centered on Surrogate Based Optimization for aerofoil and wing optimization was proposed before exiting due to COVID constraints. Additional experience includes an Aerodynamics Engineer position at Robotics and Scalability Technology, a CAE Engineer internship at Simulation Lab™, and an internship at Bosch India. Divyam holds an MSc in Aerospace Dynamics from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
