Michelle Alter

Michelle Alter is an experienced retail management professional currently serving as a Retail Success Manager at NewStore, Inc. since August 2021. Previous roles include Store Manager at Apple, where management encompassed a $40 million store and a team of 80. While at Target from June 2010 to December 2018, Michelle held multiple leadership positions, including Store Team Leader and HR District Resource, earning the 2015 district “HR MVP” award for exceptional leadership. Michelle's career began with an internship at Transport for London, contributing to customer service strategies for the 2012 Olympic Games. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
