Anthony Murray

Anthony Murray is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in editorial positions. Currently serving as an Editor at Newsweek since January 2022, Anthony previously worked as a Managing Editor at Anton Media Group from October 2017 to January 2022, where oversight included managing a team of 10 editors across 16 community publications. An award-winning journalist recognized by the New York Press Association, Anthony also has experience as a Freelance Writer, contributing investigative and local stories from September 2016 to October 2017. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Production Assistant at Adelphi University, where responsibilities involved managing equipment for communication students and staff. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Adelphi University.
