Jonathan Shanfield

Jonathan Shanfield currently serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Performance Management and Reporting at NewtekOne since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at MarketWise, Inc., where Jonathan established the department post-IPO following a $3 billion valuation. Jonathan's extensive background in corporate finance includes serving as Senior Vice President and Corporate Finance Manager at IBERIABANK Corporation, where Jonathan focused on mergers and acquisitions, and as Vice President at both Chevy Chase Bank and First Commerce Corporation, where Jonathan specialized in corporate development and asset/liability management, as well as M&A. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
