Tom Stier is a seasoned financial services and banking professional with forty years of experience in sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at NewtekOne, Inc., Tom manages strategic national accounts and oversees business development in the Western states. Previous roles include leadership positions at Newtek Business Services, Forward Business Solutions, and Aurora Bank FSB, where Tom demonstrated a strong track record of developing new business ventures and enhancing existing operations. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Peter's College and an MBA from Jacksonville University.
