NewTide Consulting is where small business strategy and women’s empowerment intersect. I help entrepreneurs build stronger, more profitable businesses through clean digital systems, clear marketing, and practical strategy that cuts out the confusion and gets results.

Alongside my consulting work, I’m an author and public speaker specializing in emotional abuse awareness, coercive control, trauma-informed education, and real-world safety strategies for women. Through trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements, I teach what most people miss and give communities tools to protect, support, and empower survivors.

My work also includes the Empowered Exit Plan, Behind The Smile, and IgniteHer Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to early-awareness education, hands-on self defense, and community support for women and children.

Whether I’m helping a business owner streamline their operations or helping a woman build a safe plan forward, the mission is the same: clarity, confidence, and real empowerment that creates lasting change.
