OUR VISION

Redefine the Big Data, Quantitative Trading, Data Science and X-Technology Recruitment Market through dedication and disruption of the established status quo.

Newton Chase is firmly committed to ensuring the highest level of engagement to both Clients and Candidates.

Search within this complex and detailed market requires in depth training of our personnel and headhunting experience across multiple disciplines such as Algorithmic Technology, Systematic Portfolio Management and Quantitative Research.

It remains our primary goal to provide our Clients with the very best quality of individual for the mandate required, assessing and analysing all relevant technical and professional experience, whilst taking into account the cultural and longer term personal aspirations of both parties.

To our Candidates, we pledge to ensure transparency, honesty and genuine feedback on their candidature before, during and after any recruitment process. Once part of our network, we will gain your formal permission before any introduction and drive clarity throughout all interactions with our teams.

We understand that to truly add value, we must embrace a close partnership with both Clients and Candidates. Because of this we offer highly tailored and flexible fee structures, made to measure search processes and utilise the most cutting edge recruitment tools to ensure smooth and effective feedback to all parties.
