Newton Day is the new face of management consulting. We turn ‘absurd thinking’ into ‘blue ocean’ market leadership powered by sovereign AI.

AI works best when it is embedded in organisational design, not added as a layer of tools. And Newton Day’s role is to design the organisation so humans, knowledge and agents can work together coherently.

We bring value by helping CEOs of mid-size and large enterprises de-risk AI transformation by combining advisory skills and best-practice know-how with model-agnostic AI strategy, ISO 42001-led governance, retrofit-first implementation, and sustainable human-AI operating design.

We pride ourselves on developing innovative, client-centric solutions, enabling our clients to anticipate and navigate market shifts with confidence. As a trusted partner for businesses worldwide, we aim to create a future where technology and human ingenuity converge seamlessly to drive extraordinary outcomes.

We know that poor ROI on enterprise AI scaling is not a tech problem, it’s an OPERATIONAL problem. Analogue business designs are unfit for purpose today. If you want an ROI on AI Agent Networks, you need a digital management system (imagine a modern car without an ECU!). That is what we provision.

People describe our family-run business, Newton Day, as the 'micro-McKinsey,' which we always take as a compliment! Yes, we are consultancy-led but this is the tip of the spear … it does not define what we do.

Our success in delivering AI Agent Networks at scale for large corporations comes down to the ‘5-Cs’: Character, Context, Content, Control and Connectivity.
