Ella Morrison

Ella Morrison is an accomplished business manager specializing in behavioral science, currently leading efforts at Newton Europe to integrate these approaches into consumer and public propositions while managing large transformation programs. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Behavioural Design at Cowry Consulting, where strengths encompassed business development, user-centered design, and behavioral design, alongside significant contributions to research and presentations at various conferences. Previous roles include senior and behavioral designer positions at UCL, strategy and corporate communications executive at Discovery Inc., and research assistant at The University of Edinburgh.
