Mike Bennett

Mike Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and consultancy. Currently serving as an Honorary Fellow at The University of Edinburgh, Mike fosters connections with government entities while contributing to research and postgraduate education. As the Director of Public Intelligence Ltd since 2011 and Senior Advisor at Newton Europe Limited, Mike provides strategic advice focused on local government, regeneration, and performance improvement. His involvement as a Co-Owner and Director at UK Research and Consultancy Services emphasizes a unique blend of analytical and practical expertise. Former roles include Associate Director at Cornerstone Property Assets Limited, Co-Founder of the Centre for Partnering Group, and Honorary Fellow at the University of St Andrews, where Mike investigated leadership behaviors in local authorities.
