We’re a team of Finance Directors, CFOs and Management Accountants, who specialise in growing businesses, raising funds, overcoming profits and cashflow challenges, and planning for a future exit.

Focused on inclusively supporting diverse-led businesses.

WHO YOU ARE

We support businesses across multiple sectors from retail, cosmetics, tech, professional services and FMCG, for businesses pre-revenue to £15m turnover.

OUR SUPPORT

Support is vital during times of change. With us, you’ll be listened to and understood - and challenged to adjust or correct your course when you need to.

We get to the heart of the matter fast – drawing on our expertise to ask tough questions to get you to where you want to be.

GROWING? Put the reporting, insights and planning in place to grow sustainably towards your goals. Lean on our hands-on help, advice and sound-boarding.

RAISING FUNDS? Help banks and investors understand the value of investing in you. Manage their reporting requirements easily.

CASHFLOW CHALLENGES? Protect your cash flow and uncover the heart of the commercial problem quickly.

PLANNING AN EXIT? Maximise what your business is worth in the eyes of buyers. Knowing which value drivers to work on ahead.

ABOUT US

We believe traditional commercial support is too one dimensional, leaving business leaders missing out on new approaches, thinking and ideas.

So we bring a more inclusive, emotionally intelligent approach to support and challenge leaders to help them to achieve their goals.

We’re the sounding board, unbiased advisers and commercial experts who help leaders move their business forward.

INCLUSIVE ANGELS

Our mission for equal access to funding is driven through our non-profit organisation, Inclusive Angels.
