A member of the New World Group (www.nwd.com.hk), NewTrek is a professional service organization that provides clients the ability to take advantage of the substantial infrastructure and collective knowledge of New World, a US$20B Hong Kong-based conglomerate with four decades of success in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. NewTrek helps firms create and operate a productive and cost effective footprint to both maximize value and minimize risk.

Firms planning to enter or expand in the Chinese market are typically looking to minimize their time, risk, and expense of creating new infrastructure to support operations in the world’s fastest growing market. NewTrek provides a superior “one-stop-shopping” alternative to going it alone or having to cobble together an assortment of unconnected service providers.

NewTrek, with its New World heritage, has both the expertise and scale to become a strategic partner of any business seeking to expand or diversify its operations in China. We have offices throughout China and we can deliver services customized to each client’s needs. Engagements could involve ITO, BPO, Contact Center, System Integration, Telecom, Facilities, and other support functions. We can deliver these services with the efficiency, expertise, and reliability of a multi-billion dollar company with decades of experience.
