Mayank Srivastava

Mayank Srivastava is a seasoned People & Culture leader with nearly two decades of experience in building and scaling people functions, culture, and branding for software organizations. They served as Organisation Builder at Technogise Private Limited from 2017 to 2022, where they led branding and recruitment efforts. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Branding, Talent & Operations at Red Panda Innovation Labs and were instrumental in establishing operations in Pune. Currently, Mayank is the Head of Talent Acquisition at NewVision Software and the Chief People Officer at Caizin, while also recently taking on a role at One2N. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Amravati University.
