Ritesh Gupta

Ritesh Gupta is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in application, infrastructure, and cloud managed services. Currently serving as Director and Practice Head at NewVision Software, Ritesh leads a team of over 45 members in client delivery and P&L management. Previously, as Associate Director at Kyndryl, Ritesh oversaw database operations for Lloyds Banking Group, managing a vast database estate. Ritesh’s career at IBM India included roles as a Senior Manager in various capacities, focusing on service delivery, database management, and strategic project oversight, while also leading teams in developing solutions for major clients. Ritesh began the career at TCS, leading teams in database solutions, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master of Computer Applications.
