Van Duong currently serves as the Outside QA Manager at NEWWAVE SOLUTIONS JSC, overseeing revenue and expense management, operational management, and capacity evaluation for the QA team since January 2020. Additionally, Van has been a QA Group Leader at Sun* since November 2015, where responsibilities include building and leading a team of over 50 members. As a Tester Trainer for Bach Khoa Education Aptech since March 2016, Van focuses on imparting foundational testing knowledge and practical skills to aspiring testers. Previous experience includes serving as QA Manager at Savis Viet Nam and Test Lead at FPT Software, where skills in interview techniques, test planning, and quality control were developed. Van Duong holds an Applied Mathematics and Informatics degree from Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
