Felix Weber

Felix Weber is an accomplished Chief Strategy Officer at NEWWORK Software, leading global corporate strategy to position a human-centered, AI-native ERP system globally. With a background as Head of ERP and AI at NEWWORK, Felix has significant expertise in developing AI ERP platform products and managing cross-functional teams. In addition to a long-standing role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen, focusing on transformation management and AI-supported decision models for retail, Felix has also lectured on Retail and Digital Business Innovation. Previous experiences include roles as Head of Data Science and Platform at Panther Solutions GmbH and Senior Consultant at consenso Consulting GmbH, demonstrating a strong foundation in ERP systems, data science, and retail consulting.
