Corine Jacobs

Corine Jacobs is currently a Full Stack Developer at Newzoo. Corine previously worked as an Associate Producer at Iceberg Interactive from February 2018 to February 2019. Prior to that, they interned at the Amsterdam Museum from August 2014 to January 2015, where they were responsible for updating and maintaining the websites and social media channels of several museums in Amsterdam, writing blogs/web content, overseeing web statistics, and improving interactivity in the museum exhibits.

Corine Jacobs has a Master Information Studies from the University of Amsterdam, with a focus in Human Centered Multimedia. Corine also has a Minor in Computer Programming from the University of Amsterdam. Her Bachelor's degree is in Art Corine'story from the University of Amsterdam, and they have a Propaedeutic diploma in Cultural Information Science from the same school. Additionally, they have a Minor in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Propaedeutic diploma in Fine Arts / Design from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht). Corine also has a Gymnasium in Nature and Technology (Natuur en Techniek) from Lyceum aan Zee. Finally, they have certification from Educative, Inc. in Web Application Security for the Everyday Software Engineer and Web Application and Software Architecture 101, certification from Oracle in Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer, and certification from The Japan Foundation / Japan Educational Exchanges and Services in JLPT N5 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test - passed level 5).

Their manager is Philip Goh, Head of Engineering. They are on a team with Jonathan Daniel - Python Back End Developer, Jesper Maassen - Python Back End Developer, and Vuk Mišović - QA Engineer.
