On March 12, 2026, Tallinn will host Nex Day, the boldest leadership conference ever held in the Baltics. For the first time, executives and practitioners from some of the world’s most influential organizations, including BMW, Bosch, LEGO, Haier/GE Appliances, ABN AMRO and ROCHE will take the stage together in Estonia.
