Mandi Dreiling has over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Retention Representative at Nex-Tech Wireless since March 2008. Previously, Mandi held roles as a Customer Care Representative and Sales Rep/Team Lead within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Diamond Consultant at Riddle's Jewelry from November 2006 to February 2008. Mandi Dreiling earned a degree from Fort Hays State University between 2003 and 2008 and has additional education from Cloud County Community College.
