Jeremy Beyer

Jeremy Beyer has over 17 years of experience in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a Network Operations Technician and Help Desk Technologies Specialist at Nex-Tech since August 2006. In this role, Jeremy conducts research, documentation, and training on new products and technologies, collaborating closely with Research and Development and Operations teams to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills. Prior to Nex-Tech, Jeremy worked as a Help Desk Technical Lead and Internet Help Desk Representative at Health and Life Sciences - Fort Hays State University, where responsibilities included the creation and maintenance of the department's website. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Networking and Telecommunications with an emphasis in Networking from Fort Hays State University, earned in 2009.
