Nexa Infrastructure is a New York based utility infrastructure and coordination firm focused on supporting development projects through the planning, coordination, and management of complex utility and infrastructure scopes.
Our services include Con Edison vault coordination and infrastructure management, electrical service coordination, gas applications and relocations, telecom coordination and provider agreements, water and sewer applications and installations, street work coordination, utility relocations, demolition utility cutoffs, and related infrastructure support services.
We work closely with developers, owners, contractors, engineers, architects, utility companies, and public agencies to help keep projects aligned and moving through the many utility and infrastructure requirements involved in New York City construction.
Our goal is to simplify a process that is often fragmented by acting as a central point of coordination across utility providers, agencies, consultants, and field operations.
At Nexa Infrastructure, we focus on communication, responsiveness, accountability, and practical industry experience gained through years of involvement on large-scale New York City development projects.
We stay involved from early planning through approvals, coordination, scheduling, installation oversight, and closeout support to help clients manage utility-related challenges throughout the life of a project.
