David Lasseter is the founder and partner of Horizons Global Solutions and has served in various high-level roles, including Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense at the U.S. Department of Defense and Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice. With a background as a congressional chief of staff and military legislative assistant, David also has experience on active duty in the Marine Corps and currently serves in the Marine Corps Reserve.
