Peter Tawczynski

Peter leads the Capital Markets and Accounting groups of Nexamp, which are responsible for the financing of project-level debt and equity, financial planning and reporting. Peter is also focused on the development and execution of Nexamp’s long-term strategic growth objectives.

Prior to joining Nexamp, Peter was a Manager with Grant Thornton, LLP where he was responsible for managing engagement teams in providing external audit services, under SEC reporting requirements, to NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed companies with both domestic and international operations. He also performed a secondment in Australia, where he provided external audit services under IFRS.

Peter earned a B.A. in Business Administration and holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
