Andreas Hackert, Dr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andreas began their career in 1998 as a Project Leader and Senior Consultant at B. Braun Gruppe, where they worked until 2002. Andreas then joined Nexans autoelectric and progressed from Assistant to the Technical CEO to Head of Production for Europe. In 2008, Andreas became the Managing Director of Schunk Group until 2011 when they briefly served as a proxy for the shareholders at Heinrich Baumann Grafisches Zentrum. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Nexans autoelectric, including Head of Sourcing and later Head of Industrial Engineering. Most recently, Andreas was the Vice President of Production International at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG from 2019 to 2022. In 2023, they will assume the role of VP Operations Eastern Europe at Nexans autoelectric.

Andreas Hackert, Dr. pursued their education from 1989 to 1998 at the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, where they studied chemistry. During this time, they successfully completed a program leading to a Diplom Chemiker degree. Additionally, they obtained a doctorate degree in natural sciences (Dr. rer. nat.) with a specialization in chemistry. Throughout their education, Andreas focused on the field of chemistry.
