Hamid Z.

Hamid Z. has extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering leadership, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence/Investment and Special Manager at Nexans since July 2014. Hamid has held multiple key roles at Nexans, including Head of Design and R&D for transformers, switchgear, and substations, as well as Transformer's R&D Manager. Prior to this, Hamid worked at International Paper as the Sales Department Manager for fruit and vegetable packaging from October 2010 to June 2014 and was the Regional Head of Sales and Operations Manager at Socamar Morocco from February 2009 to June 2010, focusing on agricultural aggregation projects and organizational development. Earlier in Hamid's career, technical expertise was developed as Technical Team Manager at Nexans from February 2005 to February 2009. Educationally, Hamid Z. holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from École nationale supérieure d'électricité et mécanique in Casablanca, earned between 2001 and 2004.
