Jerome Potier

Jerome Potier has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jerome most recently worked at Nexans as the Group HRIS Director, where they led transversal HRIS programs and implemented new SaaS solutions worldwide. Before that, they were an Associate Partner at Terra-Gourma. Prior to that, Jerome held various roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including EMEA HR services optimization lead, HR solutions & projects Director - South-EMEA, HR Process & Solutions - Middle East & Africa manager, and HRIS project manager. Jerome started their career at CSC Consulting as an HR/HRIS Senior Consultant and later worked as a Business Management Consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Jerome Potier completed their Classe Préparatoire HEC at Lycée Pierre Corneille from 1994 to 1996, focusing on the scientific field of study. Jerome then pursued a degree in Finance and Business Development from NEOMA Business School, graduating in 1999 with a Programme Grande Ecole.
